The Improvement Survey Plat will also include all improvements within the property. What does that mean? The surveyor will locate all buildings, drives, patios, fences, visible utilities, etc. Any permanent improvements on the property will be shown on the plat. This type of plat is ideal for any future improvements on the parcel as it will depict any permanent improvements currently on the parcel.
